KZ Nieruchomości is a real estate agency from Piła, operating in the northern Greater Poland market for over 20 years. Our history in the real estate industry dates back to 1999 — that’s when we began a journey that today represents over a thousand finalized sales and rental transactions in Piła, Szydłowo, Chodzież, Złotów, Trzcianka, and surrounding municipalities.

The KZ Nieruchomości team consists of licensed brokers — graduates of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, the Poznań University of Economics and Business, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, WSB University in Poznań, the University of Warmia and Mazury, and the University of Real Estate Management in Warsaw.
